Parish Outreach is also known as Parish Social Ministry. The office is located in the Clare House, the little yellow house at the far end of the Church parking lot.
St. Sylvester's Parish Outreach is a Ministry that offers assistance, care and support to those within the community who are facing hardship. Parish Outreach umbrellas many smaller ministries, which help to ease the burdens of those who call upon us. The ministries and services are coupled with kindness, concern and confidentiality while offering advocacy and informative referrals where and when necessary. Parish Outreach also hosts parish-based events during the year, such as the Health Fail, Flu Clinic, and Holiday Bereavement Program.

Monday thru Thursday 9:30am to 12noon and 1pm to 3:30pm
Wednesday Evening 5:30pm to 7:30
Friday 9:30am to 12noon
